We want you to show up just the way you are and capture your story, so  you smile every time you look through your photos. The way your partner makes you throw your head back when you laugh or the way you look into each others eyes. We want to tell your story starting by getting to know you, what you love about each other and your favourite things to do together; so we can plan our session to be unique to you. We'll help you pick out an epic location so that beauty of the landscape complements your images.

We have a laid back and natural approach and our number one goal is for you to feel good and have fun! It can be nerve wracking to get in front of the camera, don’t worry we get it! Our job is to make you feel comfortable enough to just be you. We’ll come with a pocket full of fun prompts to get you moving and laughing so we can skip those stiff and awkward moments from your school photos.

If you love a little adventure, are okay with getting your boots a little dirty, or running barefoot down the beach and drinking a beer while the sun goes down then, we are going to be friends.

YAY! We are so excited to work with you! Fill out our contact form and tell us a bit about you, your love story and what kind of session you’re looking for. If it’s a wedding or elopement, we’ll pick a time to meet up and grab a coffee or organize a video call to learn more about your day. Then, we require a signed contract and deposit of 50% (or started payment plan) to confirm your booking. After that, we get to planning your engagement session, support you in making a wedding timeline and recommend out favourite vendors to make your day the best ever!

Wherever you want! We’ll start by asking you if there are any places that are special to you. Maybe the beach where you walked on your first date, the hike where you got engaged or the park by your house you have picnics in every summer. If you don’t have a place in mind we have a list of some of our favourite locations across the lower mainland from beaches, forests, grassy fields or urban parking garages. That is 100% normal - don’t even worry! Our job is to make you feel comfortable and beautiful in front of the camera. We have lots of tricks up our sleeves to get you laughing and smiling naturally so we can capture you as authentically as possible. If you have the time, we recommend spending the day of your session doing something fun together, get ready and then go out for a drink or appies on your way to the session, get to the location early and go for a walk. Anything to get you connecting and feeling relaxed for the day is perfect.

We will send you a sneak peek of your session within few days of your session so you can share some of those favourite special moments with your friends and family! For engagement or family sessions you can expect your full gallery in 2-4 weeks, and 6-8 weeks for weddings. We do our best to get you your galleries as soon as possible without compromising the quality of our work. Photos will be delivered in an online gallery

We want to deliver the absolute best quality images in your final gallery! We’ll deliver all the photos that meet that standard, you won’t need to pick and choose your favourites but will have access to the full gallery. That being said, we guarantee 50 photos in a standard 1 hour session and 400 photos in an 8 hour wedding day.

For weddings yes! We do our best work at weddings when we can be in two places at once. One of us getting ready with each of you, two different angles during the ceremony and portraits of you while getting candid moments of your guests! We shoot together A LOT and love that we can communicate during the ceremony with a glance across the crowd to make sure we capture as much as we can!

For regular sessions we often shoot solo! For these we have more time and flexibility to capture everything we need within the package you've picked. We also both have second jobs and different schedules so this gives us more availability. That being said , for engagement shoots as part of your wedding package we do our best to both be there so we can meet you!

Something that makes you feel good! We recommend sticking to neutral and earthy tones - grey, beige, denim, olive green, navy, cream, burgundy etc. You don’t need to be matchy matchy - just pick colours and tones that go together. We’ll always suggest wearing shoes that are comfy to walk around in when we’re shooting in a natural area - things like Blundstones, Doc Martens, neutral sneakers, sandals or other leather boots are perfect. If you have accessories like hats bring them along! Check out our Pinterest board for some style inspiration.

YES! We are based out of beautiful North Vancouver, BC but will gladly go anywhere you want to take us! During wedding season we frequent anywhere from Pemberton to Harrison Hot Springs, and are available worldwide! We will include a custom travel quote when sending you are pricing information.

Nope! We are committed to sending you the best quality work and part of that is not sharing un-edited images. A big part of our style is in the editing to make the colours feel rich and authentic just the way they did in the moment.

We totally get it, life can get crazy! The more notice you can give us for rescheduling the better as we want to make sure we are available for your new date. If you need to cancel, our deposits are non-refundable and were taken to save your date, as we have likely turned down other clients.
